The highest possible. All hardwood species are First Export Quality (FEQ), which is a grading standard used in the wood industry for high-quality hardwood lumber. However, we also carry our own premium brand called Black Label. This brand offers Class A premium architectural grades with no imperfections on all sides of the wood. Generally, we focus on large commercial projects such as decking, boardwalks, cladding, and rainscreens. However, we also sell wholesale to fulfill the needs of retailers. No project is too big for us.

Yes, we offer delivery services for all of our products to the U.S. and Canada. Our delivery fees vary based on the size and weight of the order and the distance to the delivery location. 

Tropical Forest Products does not have a minimum order size or quantity for delivery. However, keep in mind that we are a lumber distributor so our lead times and prices might not be the very best ones for smaller projects. 

Typically, Tropical Forest Products fulfills orders within 3-7 business days. However, depending on product availability, order size and distance of the freight, lead times might be affected.

Our warranties vary according to the product and application. For example, Tropical Forest Products warrants that Black Label Decking will be free from mechanical failure due to rot from the date of completion of the product installation for a period of 25 years for Class 1 Durability rated wood species under specific conditions. Please note that errors during installation may cause the contractor to lose the warranty.
